Wind Waker HD (probably the one I want the most)
Also would love Wii Sports on the Switch. Maybe combine it with Wii Sports Resort. Improve motion controls of the boxing, add courses for golf, let me actually control my damn character in Tennis, and add online play, sell for $25. Guaranteed multi-million seller.
