It was still his choice. I don't know their history or either of them so I'm trying to be as objective as possible over it. Isn't there couples pushing for legal suicide? That's what makes this sort of thing complicated in my opinion.

Except he wasn't in a state of mind that would have allowed him to make that decision. And last I checked, suicide isn't legal in any capacity in America.
