This is the primary key to why she was sentenced at all. It's evident that he was very unsure about doing the act. Even if she hated him or wanted him dead, she could have easily just told him to f off. Instead she made a conscious decision to make him go through with it. She prayed on his mental instability. I person see it as murder since it appears there was a clear case where the person was unsure of their decision and she made a clear decision to make sure he carried out the act.
