Yes it would if she had a disease like Aids and transmitted the disease to that man knowing she had the disease. The fact of the matter is that she is in no obligation to change this guy mind but once she becomes the catalyst to him killing himself then she becomes an accessory to the act. Form the text message its very clear she deliberately goads him into doing the act over the course of 2 days or more and I believe a call to seal the deal.
If you think about it and this was your son, you would consider her a murder because she did not give the family or anyone else a chance to intervene.
Another analogy would be if a person convinces a mentally challenge person to step into ongoing traffic and that person dies, would the person be prosecuted for a crime.
