Sony should just get on with it and allow it. Stop with the silly politics as it only harms Gamers.

To preserve business interests isnt political. People like you on the other hand are creating a "political issue" where there was none, including ridiculous emotional note. O those poor poor gamers, they re missing so much playing an existing game slightly different.

I hope Sony doesnt cave in (unlike Nintendo), strenghtening Microsoft and their parasitic, and actually harmful, practices.

Yeah, because curating content better, running it better, even if it's still horrid, and as a whole being more open about what they are planning to give you is dyspraxia...

It's funny to watch you all defend Sony's arrogance in the name of 'consumer protection'.

Bottom line is if you want cross-platform play on a Microsoft published game, it makes sense for to have to use the XBL login. No one forces you to participate - it's just a convenient option.

As atrocious as that sounds, consider: if EA, Activision, or other publisher were to provide cross-platform support - they would have you do it through their account system, right?

It's no worse that Microsoft fans defending Microsoft's Xbox bullshit marketing.

At least we don't defend people who limit the options rather than widen them...
