You're trying to take me to task and have me own up to things you believe I said. How can I do that when I didn't say them? You act like I'm ignoring your argument, but when your argument is based off a false pretence, then there's nothing for me to actually refute is there?

Let's go back to that quote I made about the burden of proof.

"When two parties are in a discussion and one makes a claim that the other disputes, the one who makes the claim typically has a burden of proof to justify or substantiate that claim especially when it challenges a perceived status quo."

You made the claim. I disputed it. I disputed it by saying I believe It would cost more to produce than an NES classic type of device so it doesn't make sense for Sony to make it because I don't think there'd be enough people willing to pay a premium for such a device. There mere fact that you suggested that Sony could manufacture and sell this for $99-$149 means that you be in agreement with me that you think it would cost more to produce than the $59 NES classic. So what's the problem?

Somehow someway you've turned me saying "it would cost more to produce than an NES classic" to "[your] idea is too costly and Nintendo's solution is the only way" which is completely hyperbolic nonsense, and now you're obsessing over it as if I'm lying.

So here we are, are you actually going to support your claim that Sony can manufacture and sell this PS1 classic you proprosed for $99-$149?

"My point has always been that your "wishlist" is just wishful thinking"

Tell me: how exactly did you do that? Because you didn't utter that sentence and done with it. You asserted that it's too costly for Sony, and that the Nintendo way is better, in long essays. And then you spent your time saying how you didn't claim all that and I misinterpret you.

"You made the claim"

I made a wish list, you made the claim they can't do it. The onus is on you why they can't. I ain't gotta prove why my wish can be true!

"I disputed it by saying"

You disputed my wish list, why would you dispute a simple wish list?

"I believe It would cost more to produce than an NES classic type of device so it doesn't make sense for Sony to make it because I don't think there'd be enough people willing to pay a premium for such a device"

You didn't just believe it, you ASSERTED it as a fact.

Every post that comes after this, is arguing the Nintendo way is better and you arguing why Sony couldn't do it for the price I set, in long essays with things like why the upscaler might be special that only another company can do, or whether I considered the development or Q+A costs, or that it might be impossible to reproduce da special chips in the PS1 etc. This is all of trivial importance, without knowing anything about any of the costs, neither you nor me know anything about it. You also didn't stop to think that just because something is cheaper, doesn't mean they will go for it, because different business strategies exist! They might not do the same thing as Nintendo to set them apart, they might position their console more upscale. The snes classic way might be even more expensive than the console I suggest! But even the possibility that it might you had to argue, without knowing anything, because "why wud 30 preloaded games cost more than what u propose?". Why didn't Sony go with Xbone parts for PS4, or even lower specs to maximize their coin at the price they set? You never stopped and start thinking about other factors. You saw the Nes classic, and think this is the only way to go about it.

If some other users on this site could see that someone is convinced that I think Nintendo is more competent than Sony, they'd have a huge laugh at you. I can assure you from my personal dealings with each, I was far more impressed working with Sony than I ever was with Nintendo.

Does your brain work in a backwards way where you're automatically right, and thus everyone else must be wrong from there or something?

I didn't assert anything as a fact. You can't just will that into existance like you try to will everything else.

We're done here. You bring absolutely nothing to the table. Your posts are completely incoherent and nonsensical. You just want people to high five you and support your ideas and ignore or misconstrue anything else that says otherwise. You're not interested in facts. You're not interested in having a reasonable conversation, and have made absolutely zero attempts at doing so. You're just interested in an echo chamber. Nautilus is right, you're a waste of time, and you're not going to get any more out of me.
