UK Kitchen Nightmares is fine. None of the BS yelling. US Reality shows are just travesties. Court shows like Judget Judy or People's Court while to some degree bring on some not so bright people for fun it's at least still a real court case being settled. I don't consider them in the same area as 'reality' shows in the US.
