Black Friday is mainly about the USA which is a region which has been hugely successful for Switch so far. With the arrival of Mario Odyssey I can't imagine any decent deals on the hardware its just not logical for such retailers to discount it. As for limited component availability the Switch uses both Toshiba and Samsung nand memory chips (it was mainly Toshiba that had problem with poor yields) and Nintendo have the capability to pay far more than many other suppliers, maybe not as much as Apple but certainly more than many tablet and phone manufacturers who make products to sell sub $100. The Switch is a high profit item.
I think the stock situation will gradually improve, I don't believe Nintendo will risk saturating the market with stock but I don't think they want the current situation to continue. It cost them a lot in the past with sale or return stock with wii u hardware and I doubt they want to repeat that again where they had to pay to collect stock or discount. They will make gradual improvements to the stock situation.
