Famitsu includes download cards and has it at 671k.

But I doubt download cards even make 10% of the total download sales since the advantage of download is you can do it directly at hone while for download card you would have to go to the store which defeats the purpose entirely except empty spla2oon collection boxes. So I can imagine a scenario of splatoon 2 above 900k with downloads or even 1mil. If so that would be insane since only 1.2mil switches right now sold over there. But I imagine in one month everyone in Japan will have spla2oon
