Edit: also do you know how the new rank system works? I played a bit and it seems to be a huge mystery, I jumped from rank C- to C+ (or B-, can't remember) once, but when I lose the bar just shakes (or cracks) instead of going down... at some point I got past a little marker in the bar that said "OK", which I've no idea what it means either. I'm confused as hell by all of this.

Salmon Run is only playable 12 hours a day I believe, because Nintendo.

The bar never goes down. If it cracks all the way, then you lose all your progress toward the next rank. If you haven't even passed the OK mark, then you go down a rank.

EDIT: Also, I think if you fill the bar without any cracks, you go up two ranks at once.
