I fixed that for you. ;) Love their games, but they really need to step up their quality control over there.

That's the thing though the game before the patch had no issues of note it's almost as if they added the problems themselves, it's like Howard realized their games are normally buggy and SkyrimRE had little to no problems and good quality control so they released a patch to rectify it.
