Well the game being hard =/= there's no skill involved, infact it means the opposite in this case, the game is hard because you don't have enough experience. This response is cliche as hell, but if you keep losing, that just means you need to git gud. :L
Admittedly the Lv.7 CPUs are cheap since they read your inputs and play really cowardly, but they can be surpassed aswell.
