I've never paid more than $60 directly for a game. I've never spent real money on a game that I paid for, aside from DLC. If we factor it all in, Destiny is the most expensive game I've every purchase. I bought the game at launch, plus all DLCs and expansions at launch. I think that puts me at $170, with sales tax bringing that to $180.
As for games with the highest MSRPs, I think the whole Neo Geo library is on top of that list.
