A failure? Making a comeback after your worst generation by far to sell 3 times as much is a failure? I think your expectations are a bit high there.

Switch is a portable console and the successor to the 3DS, so selling 33% less than the 3DS would be a disaster. 

Your expectations are far too low. Pokémon alone has around 15 to 20 million active fans and yet you expect only 40 million people to buy a Switch? Lol...
