Yes, I was gonna ask you about your language skills and I know that you are a Lithuanian citizen, but are you a Russian or Lithuanian?
Those who know their history remember that Russia invaded Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in WWII and promoted russian immigration into the occupied Baltic countries.
BTW, for example Norway and Finland borders to Russia too, but not many people speak any russian in those countries.
