You're allowed to do a lot of stupid things, doesn't mean you should.

It's up to us to decide whether we want to piss on the flag or not. I won't, but I won't force others to agree with me. 

As long as it doesn't violate the rights of others, it's alright. There are many things which don't fit my taste- pissing on flags, traps, strawberry milk, etc. My viewpoints however shouldn't be placed on everyone if it causes no harm
