I've tried PSNow on five different computers, two different Vita's, and three different PS4's. All of them were on 200mbps+, from three different providers (Suddenlink, Spectrum, and Google Fiber). None of them provided what I would consider a playable experience, and god dammit I wanted it to fucking work after paying what I paid for it.
So I'm going to just say no, it doesn't work, much less "fine". It's acceptable for games not reliant on input accuracy like Disgaea, but put on Dark Souls 2 or Last of Us and tell me how much fun it is to be aiming from a half-second in the past.
