LAIR will flop in Japan. I'm 99% certain of that. If similar games, developed by SquareEnix, on established platforms can't do well - no way that LAIR will. Not so sure about Uncharted. It strikes me as more of a Western title (Tomb Raider - how did that ever do in Japan?). Devil May Cry, MGS4 & Rachet & Clank should all do well (PS3). Heavenly Sword might do ok as well.

Devil May Cry 3 sold .35 million in Japan at a time when there were roughly 20 million PS2 owners in Japan.
Metal Gear Solid 3 sold .86 million at a time when there were around 18 million PS2 owners.
Ratchet and Clank 3 sold .31 million at a time when there were around 18 million PS2 owners.
God of War sold, um, according to this site .02 million in Japan. They aren't even releasing the second one. Heavenly Sword is a God of War ripoff.
There are .97 million people in Japan who own a PS3. I don't know how you define well, but I think the only one that will look even notable sales-wise is MGS4.
