If it's not illegal to urinate or burn the flag, then what's the issue? I totally understand it's in very bad taste, and she most likely did to rile people. But her death is not the answer, especially for the flag. I'd get if they give her a 3-6 months sentence in jail, maybe even less. But why the death of her? It's baffling.
