You can always emulate those games, buy a control and play it on your PC but... Saying that a piece of hardware plus 21 games is a ripoff, I don't agree. IT's a collectors thing and also one that's worth the price, you can compare it to the Sega collection (Which was only a game not a whole console) but this one also gives you the oportunity to play SF 2 without having to import that shit.
I say It's worth it, will I be buying it? Nah, I'm not that interested in SNES games, I keep playing them on my computer from time to time so buying that would be a waste of money FOR ME
