Wii 27%, Xbox 360 22%, PS2 20%, PS3 17%, DS 13%, PC 2%
Which equals:
LIJ Wii: 100%
LIJ 360: 81%
LIJ PS2: 74%
LIJ PS3: 63%
LIJ NDS: 48%
LIJ PC: 7%
As I mentioned above, below #12 LIJ NDS the estimated % are less accurate, but that shouldn't put them out more than a couple of thousand.
