Can the Switch catch back up to the PS4 or did Nintendo kill the hype?

We don't know if it's doing well, only that it's doing better than wiiu. It's so supplied constrained that it's hard to say much about it. For example, wii was supplied contrained but also pulled big numbers. Could it have done better than wii with proper stock? Perhaps.

Having said that, software sales, from what I've noticed, are pretty high. Both 1st and 3rd party games. Don't know if it will keep being the case when more and more games are released on it, but at the moment, things do look good.

actually we do know its doing well, out of DS, PSP, 360, Wii, PS3, 3DS, Vita, Wii U, XBO & PS4, only Wii & PS4 have sold more in the same time frame.
