Could be good...could be a Japanese business thing where everyone is expected to trust their leadership unconditionally. I don't know enough to say for sure.

Also curious if these things are done anonymously...or if they have to attach their name and explain their answers.

Personally...I think he's been doing a good job so far...but that has a lot to do with overseeing a new console launch. Definitely curious to see more of his future direction for Nintendo.
