I do not pretend to know how much he has been directly involved in (as Switch was being planned and produced before he took the seat and I am unsure how many business decisions he really had to make or conduct since Switch plans were laid out by Iwata and his crew) but he is clearly allowing the correct people to help and guide him. He is charismatic and I find him rather likable. I am unsure if 97 is absurdly high or not but it seems high to me. He does have my approval thus far.
