Obama did throw jokes. He once roasted Trump for constantly spreading conspiracy theories about him. It was pretty funny, and he didn't feel the need to brag about his IQ and shout out 'fake news!' at everything

Yeah Obama was a great guy. Cute president, good sense of humor, and pretty good policies.
