Dragon Quest XI was always going to be localized. Only reason X wasn't was because there's no market for a DQ MMO in the west. No one wants to play a dead MMO XD and thatd be guaranteed with DQX. Honestly, it was fucking stupid to even make X an MMO. But other than that, 11 was always coming. Whether it arrives in PS4/3DS/Switch form or just PS4 is the real issue. I REALLY want the 3DS ver localized though
