Nothing really. Stuff starts tasting bad after the expiration date anyway.
On a side note: I was cleaning a kitchen for an elderly man a few weeks back and found tons of WAYYY out of date stuff. Starting from 2011, then 2005, 1999, 1995, 1993, 1988, 1983, 1981, and finally... muffin mix that expired... in 1969 XD
