If you want to eat healthy, make your food from the ground up as much as possible, and use vegetables, and stuff like avocadoes and things. I don't disagree, but its really low in calories.
If people simply ate more nutritious stuff and kept it under 2000 calories a day, that would be a great start. I don't expect people to have a perfect diet.
