Thats just 15 cubes of sugar in a single drink... double the recomend max. intake of added sugar according to the WHO.

I stopped drinking most sodas, just rarely a coke as an energy drink if I have to do physically demanding things.

I became much healthier when I began to only drink water. Feel pretty good, and you don't need to worry about your teeth
