The VAST MAJORITY of the 22 million losing their health insurance have NOTHING AT ALL to do with the lack of a mandate. The CBO openly states that 15 mil will lose their coverage because of the $800 billion in cuts to Medicaid, you know, the opposite of what Trump promised earlier. 

Not gonna lie, a part of me hopes it does pass so these fuckers suffer the consequences.
