Anyone else's pages not fully loading?

It's been like that forever, "transferring data from bam.nr-data.net..." some add. It's actually better this way as the page stays stable while it's stuck on an add. No jumping up and down. The circle flashing on the top right of the mouse pointer is a it distracting though.
