In the beginning of gen 7,we had 1080p games with visuals of gen 6.
At the ending(with the same hardware) we see games at 640 to 720p with far better visuals.
I think they could keep focusing on better visuals instead of native 4k,6k.
Im fine with 4k checkerboarding as a standard in ps5.
