But what is the purpose of the SNES Mini? The NES Mini was a good pioneer to refuelling Nintendo's relevance after the Wii U, and indirectly advertised the Switch. The NES Mini wasn't even that profitable either, so why does Nintendo think this is a good idea? Especially for the price? People would probably buy this as a collectors item more than anything. I hope this won't affect anything to do with the Switch, even minorly.
