NES CLASSIC discontinued despite selling hundreds of thousands of units..... now they announce a SNES mini with less games.... and a higher price....

nintendo can't even make the Nintendo switch .... and they are diverting resources to another system....

Making

2ds

2ds xl(new)

3ds

3ds xl

snes mini

heck they are pushing the 2dsxl and 3ds harder than the switch.....

there is virtually no promo for snes or nes games on switch..... that would push so many units, a portable snes.... with nexgen games.... there is no virtual console....

With the little parts they have to make gaming units.....

what are they doing? How is this even a good idea? The Nintendo switch is struggling... falling under ps4 and soon x one sales since it hasn't been in stock on amazon and others for over a month......

I see Switch ads quite frequently (well, as video game ads go), haven't seen a 3ds line ad in a long while.  And 3DS had no Spotlight presence at E3.  So that's objectively false.

Also, the 3DS line and Classics do not use the high capacity NAND memory and the vibration motors that have been the cause of Switch manufacturing issues so yeah, another false assumption.

And the Switch is still comfortably outselling the Xbone, which has seen sales fall off a cliff last few months.
