You seem to be holding a grudge against Nintendo because they didn't let you use your NES carts in your Gameboy. There are legitimate differences in power between a home system and a portable system. This is why they had to have separate software. It wasn't because they're greedy Spud.

It's amazing how you think all of those examples actually demonstrate that my concept is ridiculous. Were you upset when Mario Maker 3DS was released and WIi U owners didn't get a free copy, even though the games are practically identical? Something tells me you weren't.

3DS & Wii U are seperate platforms though so thats not a good comparison.

 If people had to rebuy their 3DS gsmes to play them on 2DS or New 3DS than you would have a point.
