I voted Yes just for a laugh. I don't actually believe it. I have found that I get enjoyment out of a lot of their titles that get bashed, including a few mentioned already in this thread, but I usually buy them at a discount or just played them at a friend's house. My opinion could have easily changed if I had more skin in the game. It also helps if I already lowered my expectations accordingly. Even Devil's Third gave me a brief bit of fun with the online chickens mode(don't know if OP would consider that a game made by Nintendo but they did salvage it from THQ and publish it).
Still, any company that's made hundreds, or perhaps its thousands at this point, of games will have some clunkers. Nobody's perfect.
Did anyone actually play Sing Party? It doesn't have the worst reviews Nintendo's ever gotten but they seemed too ashamed to acknowledge its existence even as one of the Wii U's few launch titles.
