Mangina is a fantastic insult.
But yeah I would think at this stage a lot of people, including the creator of the video in the OP are using the term not as a "why are they complaining about this?" sort of idea... but more a "I can get money from creating videos about this shit" right now. It's just simply business to talk about something as though it's a real issue in the world.
It isn't, stop spreading videos related to it on the internet and it will go away, simple as that.
