Same say that we live in the space age but I don't think so. Most people definitely don't have any interest in space travel, exploring space, colonizing other planets. Sure there's some companies that are taking an interest in it but that's mainly so they capitalize on being one of the first ones to do it and because it's basically not regulated. We don't have the tech to safely and efficiently go to the moon.
We're hundreds of years from colonizing anything at the rate of tech progression and desire. I think it would be awesome to actually start traveling the cosmos.
