Unless Nintendo's OS is compatible with the programs that allow ads to be run on iOS (used to be iAds forgot the system they use now), or Android (Admob). Nintendo would need to release an update to allow ads to run, or it would end up just being a modified program of SEGA Forever that has the user pay the $1.99 upfront cost with no 'free' version and the program will have no ads.
