Maybe the reason the PS4 is so undertacked is because we saw (at least on VGchartz numbers) that Horizon didnt have much of an effect on PS4 sales when it came out, i think its quite possible that VGchartz was wrong on that and that Horizon has been pushing PS4s for some months.
But of course thats just my guess and i have no proof of that.
