Project Cars 2: Native 4K 60fps on XBOX

With all games will run in 4k, soon even 2 terabytes won't be enough. Is it that hard to compress the data to reduce file size? I mean to get Forza in 4k you have to download a whopping 100 GB file, that's a lot.
