Sony. MS, & Nintendo all hope for a healthy industry, of course.
None of them give a damn about "annihilating" the others. Certainly, humans are competitive, and companies are made up of humans. So, it feels good for one's company to be the biggest seller. But, at the end of the day, all companies are really competing against zero, not each other. That is to say, they care about how much money they can make. It makes little difference how much money Nintendo makes. If Sony's sales exceed forecasts, they're happy.
