My NuVision $80 Windows 10 tablet is using an Intel Atom and that things runs all the basic stuff, HD video, streams YouTube above 1080p, etc.
I have a really old PC running an Athlon X2, it can do the same stuff and run basically any 7th gen era game and some modern stuff thanks to an RX460.
The more modern Jaguar processors can do plenty on a PC. Just give it a rest, your assumptions are wrong.
