Yes, it's far fetched as games companies like money. That digital copy is tied to your account/PS4 anyway. Uninstall it and as you no longer have the install disc, you've lost it.

there is never going to be a perfect system whereby you buy a physical copy and are able to play without the disc due to licencing and online requirements.

It just sounds pretty strange to buy a game for $60 sell it for $30 and still have the game. Someone then buys that copy for $30 cause they can't have it digitally. Then no extra money has been made?
