I highly doubt it'd be an option. It'd probably become mandatory, much like how for the XB1 it wasn't going to be an option.

I'm talking about my scenario and my proposal on how this could work for everyone. Not how companies will probably do this. It's a thought experiment "This is probably never going to happen but I would definitely love this. "
