Jaguar CPU's aren't "fine". They are terrible inadequate for allot of even basic tasks.

You would be better off picking up a Core 2 Quad Q9650, Phenom 2 X4, Core i7 920 second hand.

If thats the case kinda odd there are PC devices using Jaguar CPUs. Even processors older than Jaguar can run basic tasks.
