It depends what you mean by streaming. Streaming games remotely is never going to be popular and the reasons why should be obvious to gamers.
For downloading and playing on demand, assuming online multiplayer was free/separate to the subscription, I'd pay $25-30/month for access to everything if no physical option is available.
