lol. No. People have always understood that other people are human beings as you guys put it but they are "human beings" with different goals, values, countries, etc. People don't even need good reasons to kill eachother. Any reason will do. World peace is something that naive people dreamt up that don't understand the nature of human beings.

Well, of course, that's why each of human being is unique in the end. Our train of thoughts, ideology, value, education, beliefs, etc ... are the variables of our personality.

And when I'm talking about world peace, I probably should have specified that I wasn't talking about a perfect peace with rainbows and sunshine lol. I was thinking about a better state than we are right now, cuz I think we can all aspire for this world to be a better place.

That's a nice sentiment and people should at least try it. I can agree with that version of it. I just hate the term world peace because it's true form is unrealistic without conquering everything.  The best we can really hope for as nations is try not to antagonize eachother, undermine eachother's national interests and just do alot of business with eachother.

I think that in this case, nothing can really be done while the government is trying to be political correct versus being pragmatic about what is in the best interests of everyone involved. It's gonna have to get worse before it can get better.
