That's one way to look at it. But another is that what's profitable for them and helps stimulate sales also helps avoid that a situation like that happens again.
I can understand the feeling, as people who played Tales of Vesperia on 360 felt like Beta testers for the improved PS3 version that came out later on with new playable characters and systems, etc. But what's done is done and now they can either make the best of it, or not.

those Wii u games werent even incomplete though. Plus people need to grow up, when you buy a system or game their is no garantee that the system wont die a horrible death or the games wont go somewhere else.
