Nintendo's odds are definitely very good this year. With games like RDR2 and GoW4 now coming out there's not a whole lot of competition considering how great BotW did, with only a couple games (Nier, Horizon) that seem like legit contenders. Odyssey definitely has the appearance of a game that will be in the mid to upper 90's as well.
It's been quite a while since I thought Nintendo had a GotY on their hands, and this year they might have two.
It'll probably be BotW though. The physics engine, cool tools, and climbing/floating etc system strikes me as features that will gradually become standard in open world games. It really was a revolutionary experience.
